Enable email signature

Fill in what applies to you. Anything you leave blank is left out of the signature entirely.

Mission line

Preview only. One signature covers both. Outlook recolors it for dark mode itself.

Outlook

Click Copy for Outlook. In Outlook, open signature settings and paste into the editing box. You only ever paste this one signature. There is no separate dark version to install.

Dark mode is handled for you. Outlook recolors signatures itself when the app is in dark mode, which is why the light signature is the correct one to paste either way. Use the toggle above to preview roughly how Outlook will render it.

ConnectWise PSA

Click Copy for ConnectWise. This copies the underlying HTML rather than the rendered signature, because the ConnectWise editor needs the markup itself.

In ConnectWise, open your Signature editor and click Source in the toolbar. Select everything in the box, paste over it, then click Source again to return to the rich text view and save.

The Source step matters. Pasting into the rich text view without it leaves you with visible tags in your emails rather than a signature.

ConnectWise has a length limit. It rewrites whatever you paste, which makes the stored signature longer than what you copied, and it rejects the result somewhere around 1,800 characters rather than the 2,000 its error message quotes. The counter under the buttons estimates the stored length, so trust that over the error. If you go over, the usual culprits are the mobile number, the email address, and the Book a Meeting link, any of which most people can leave out.

They will match

Both buttons build the same signature from the same fields, so what goes out of ConnectWise looks like what goes out of Outlook. Change something here and re-copy to both to keep them in step.
